4. (rooms have view of Fireworks at night though you have to ask if they are available when checking in) 2 master suites with bathrooms and hot tubs , 2 bedrooms with 2 full beds in each 1 bath with shower and 1 bath with shower/tub (sleeps 12) very nicely done.
