4. Staff: All staff that I ran into, from pool staff, to housekeeping,store employees, and random employees that were around the resort were all very friendly to us.

5. On our 7th day housekeeping did come in a do a cleaning (to our surprise) and I found out later they do clean once a week if your stay spans more then a weeks time.

9. Housekeeping has the room fixed nice when you walk in but if you need anything from them again make sure you call MULTIPLE times.

10. According to security's investigation, someone from housekeeping entered, saw us sleeping and quietly left, however, we beleive they did not close the door properly.
