2. So, I guess the thing to do is to pay the exorbitant difference in price for the penthouse suite if you want a large screen TV, in-house computer, granite counter tops, large jacuzzi, impressive decor etc.

Once we made it to our room, it was not very clean and the air conditioner didn't work or never lower the temp to a comfortable level, noisy environment from construction starting at 6AM each day, TV remotes didn't work, toilet wouldn't flush properly, jacuzzi didn't work, reported problems to no avail, all the halls in the hotel hot/dirty, air not working there either, staff in general incompetent and non responsive.
