7. On the way to New Orleans my husband called and requested an upgrade to either a smoking room or a balcony and they gave us a free upgrade to a balcony room and half off valet parking.

10. Valet parking was an additional cost - we paid more $5 more than a car because we drove a Jeep (SUVs have a larger fee)I would DEFINITELY go right back to this hotel when staying in New Orleans.
