4. The best of all is check out, two ladies stand there take room key - look at me and said 'is there anything else' (no i just handed them 1300.00) I said no and she went on talking with her co-worker about the need to get her car washed.

9. The staff person encouraged me to check and store my bags with the valet, which I did, but I was surprised to be denied a request for a 90 minute extension for check out.
