1. We didn't have the best 'view', but the pool area below was nice, especially with the LED lights in the pool.

2. The swimming area is clean, with two pools and a nice with large seating area, the work out area isgood, and the guest laundry is a real plus, The hotels in the french quarter area, are all remodeled older buildings, and this one is nice and in a perfect area.

3. Our room was very nice, comfortable bedding, flat screen tv, marble counters in bathroom, and overlooking the pool (which looked great but we didn't have time to check out unfortunately).
