1. The room was not dirty but pretty dated and dull.

2. CHECK-IN: We checked in late (we had notified them the day before that we would not be there until after 11 pm) and were told that even though we reserved a King room we would be getting the smallest King room left which was part of a suite (except we were getting the smaller part).
