1. Because the hotel is located between 2 streets that the trolley runs, the noise late at night was loud inside the room and kept us awake.

2. While not in the Quarter, the hotel is only 2 blocks away and personally I prefer NOT to stay in the Quarter due to noise and crowd issues.
