1. The lobby is small and in a shopping mall - good for a warm by-pass when it is cold, but not so nice.
"Two blocks from being excellent and two from the French Quarter " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/9/2011 Vote
2. When you walk in the lobby it feels more like walking into a shopping centre than a hotel which I found alittle odd, but you don't really spend much time in the lobby anyway.
"Excellent hotel, great location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/5/2011 Vote
3. There is a small but nicely decorated, inviting lobby with a small front desk.

4. You have to use your room key to access all floors, except the lobby, which can be a little annoying.

6. I waited for my shuttle on the last morning I was there, and while I waited about 30 minutes and was watching Young and the Restless on the tv in the lobby, she took the time to speak with me while I sat there.

9. The bell man was going to store our luggage until our room was ready and we returned from lunch, but the room became available before we left the lobby so hubby and I took the luggage up to the room.

10. (Turn right out of the hotel lobby and you are on the heart of Bourbon in 2/10 of a mile) The only parking associated with the hotel is valet service, but is about the same price as all other hotels in the area.
