1. The tub faucet was running a steady stream of water and wouldn't shut off, and the bathroom sink wasn't draining.

2. Also, in the king standard, there was no tub, just a stand up shower, so we had to bathe our baby in the shower and he screamed the whole time.

9. The major problem was the wall around the tub had been damaged which not only looks bad but has to be causing damage to the room below.
