1. I stopped taking the elevators after the first ride when it make a very loud horrible noise and shook when arriving to my floor.

5. If you happen to get a room facing the airport or the Crowne Plaza, please refuse, the Crowne Plaza has huge air conditioning exhausts that make a continuous noise that it seems that a jet is parked next to your room.
