Staff on customer service (when calling from room for information) spoke very little english, although

The hotel staff gave me issues when checking into the hotel, then when I asked the
concierge
where some places were around the hotel he said to me, I do not know, I do not live around here.

I was not able to print out my Carnival boarding tickets in the computer lab, but the gentleman at the
concierge
desk was kind enough to print them all out for me free of charge.
