1. As an Airport Manager and person dedicated to the customer service area, I must say that this great family always makes me feel at home, for my my tight schedule and time I had to plan my personal trips with a very short notice, so my time to make a reservation is also limited.

The reservations team, his front office manager and as always their front desk personnel(previosly by Jorge/Robert and now Jose Carlos) had helped me on all this process, now I'm staying once again but this time with my parents (their first visit to the US) and they are enjoying of a finest customer service experience.

We had a big suitcase with us, but both my aunt and me are very petite so it was quite heavy for us,as i was trying to pull the suitcase the man from the restaurant offered to help me (later i learned that his name was Ernesto and he is the restaurant host,very good service) but the manager himself, Jose B, came and pulled the suitcase for me all the way to my room.

8. Then for breakfast our room # was marked & the lady had to go ask the manager before we could sit and eat & they came back & said that the charge for us would be $10 for eggs (self serve buffet).
