1. First of all, the girl at the front desk gave me a room that was not cleaned yet, the cleaning maid told us to go to some other room instead, so I had to go down and talk to the girl at the front to get the key for this other room.

4. The hotel staff is almost entirely spanish speaking, which made it a little difficult when we tried to get a couple more pillows from the maids on our floor (the room only had one pillow on each bed).
