4. The valet was very helpful, the bellman was nice to my kids, check in and out was pretty easy, the room was very nice, the food was pretty good, and the location is very central.

6. It is definitely worth to sign up for their free loyalty program - you get free wifi, 2 free beverages in the morning, you can request extra towels, extra newspaper, etc.Also - I highly recommend Noe restaurant at the hotel - pricy, but delicious food, very professional and welcoming service.
