1. We only had a problem with our card keys on one night which they were not opening our room and we did have to be very persistent to get help with this but, it was done and we were sent a voucher for free brunch and spa.

3. Our only recommendations would be that the spa/exercise room were more spacious, and that there would be more and more readily accessible electrical outlets in the room; we're geardo's, so we have lots of gadgets that need charging.

6. Aside from one rude front desk employee (who later called back to apologize, to his credit), the service is classy, the rooms are standard sized, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms, and the spa/fitness center are very nice.

7. The fitness center is small but nice, with new state-of-the-art equipment (not a lot of it but enough for an OK workout) and right next to a spa that looked quite nice (although I didn`t get a chance to use it).
