manager
came back with our drinks, and apologized again for how long it took, and said that our drinks were on the house - a nice gesture, but it still is completely ridiculous that it took that long to get waited on and get our drinks.

What the management needs to do is to change the entire lethargic and completely ignorant staff; The
manager
, I think his name was Robi or Robert or Robie was enormously unpleasant and perfectly oblivious about my concerns in regards to AC.

manager
and simply asked, why would someone who hasn't checked in yet take precedence over someone who was already in the hotel at that exact moment.
