1. UPDATE: a very nice and apologetic assistant manager named Gloria escorted me to a room on the top floor.

4. The manager came back with our drinks, and apologized again for how long it took, and said that our drinks were on the house - a nice gesture, but it still is completely ridiculous that it took that long to get waited on and get our drinks.

5. The manager came back with our drinks, and apologized again for how long it took, and said that our drinks were on the house - a nice gesture, but it still is completely ridiculous that it took that long to get waited on and get our drinks.

7. What the management needs to do is to change the entire lethargic and completely ignorant staff; The manager, I think his name was Robi or Robert or Robie was enormously unpleasant and perfectly oblivious about my concerns in regards to AC.
