4. No problem with check-in/out, etc. Door men deserve a special thank-you/notice - really went out of their way to make sure bags were taken care of, offered extra water bottles for us (very appreciative surprise) during check out, friendly, efficient.

5. This hotel is a 2 minute walk from the civic centre metro (red line) - which is a great way to check out many of the sites without a car - which is not required.

8. Another problem was that the hotel had problems with the fire alarm that kept us up half the night, however, the manager took care of us on check out.
