4. We got complimentary parking free- and a credit for breakfast for one of their restaurants- Great concierge they help you find what you are looking for* I would definitley visit this hotel in a lifetime.

5. If you rent a car in order to drive to restaurants a few miles away, you have to fight the traffic, and then you can't hardly find a parking spot available at the hotel when you get back.

From parking to check it's obvious that management has no clue, its a busy day at a start of a convention and one poorly trained guy at the desk who never explained our 3 rooms were on the other side of the hotel in a different tower, never explained that they charge 50.00 per day per room to have your money on hold for incidentals.
