5. I called the front desk to get the charges removed and was told that I was not booked at the corporate rate (which was about 60% of my actual billed rate), but if I HAD been booked at the cheaper rate, internet service would have been included.

9. Negatives: Only 1 of 7 restaurants was open all weekend - Drink and food prices are VERY expensive - very long walk to outdoor hotel pool - VERY expensive self parking, can't imagine what valet was going forThe room rates were reasonable and it is a nice property.
