1. The few remaining places to eat were so crowded and understaffed that I finally gave up and came up to the mini bar for a bar , which of course is always a rip off, the restaurant when we did eat overcooked all of our steaks, made the salad wrong , the manager did make good by replacing the steaks and comping dessert and wine .

3. I ask one person about my reservation she told me one thing said i have to speak to the assistant manager, who didn't know anything about the conversation so i asked the question to him and he had a different answer too.

7. The overall attitude of the staff from the moment I arrived to the moment I left was horrible - from the valet, to the front desk, to the conference wait staff, to the business center, to the manager - all just horrific.

8. i called to talk to the manager a few minutes ago, and he said that whenever the kitchen is busy this happens.
