1. The fitness center came with an $8 usage fee, but it is fabulous - not your typical hotel fare.

6. Staff is very accommodating, About 2 miles from downtown Dallas so renting a car would be necessary and the parking fee is high$17 per day and taxis are costly very little public transportation.

7. It just feels like there isnt a lot of give when it comes to anything (expensive parking, you cant use the cart for luggage, Internet fees, not even one vending machine for a coke -haha.

9. When we complained about paying for parking when others were not being charged, after much wrangling we got $50 in parking fees refunded.

10. You pay a high daily rate for self-parking, and do not get the freedom of in-and-out access unless you pay the fees in advance or valet (the latter of which is just prohibitively expensive).
