1. When we pulled up, the valet was very helpful and told me to check in, then she would direct us where best to park/valet the car.

8. Wouldn't you think that the GM of the hotel would have enough sense to go to home depot and pick up a few flat shovels to clean up the area - well he didn't!other than that the hotel was good, inside staff and valets were excellent.
