1. My only suggestion is that you be very, very careful in reading your bill and make sure you reservation is correct.

8. I stayed in this hotel for business with coworker and one of the reasons we chose the hotel was because they would allow us to split the bill on two credit; however upon arrival we learned they had charged one for everything in advance and would not fix their error.

9. I called the front desk to get the charges removed and was told that I was not booked at the corporate rate (which was about 60% of my actual billed rate), but if I HAD been booked at the cheaper rate, internet service would have been included.
