1. The pay movie did not work the last night (nothing came up), but I got charged anyway, and since they screwed up the wake-up call the last morning, I did not get a chance to correct the bill while on site.

2. I had a problem at the desk when reviewing my bill and while the gal helping me got everything taken care of, some buttinskee from the restaurant was interjecting his comments about why I had a tax and gratuity added to my bill for a "complimentary" breakfast.

3. Then upon check out our bill was suppose to be for $320 but they charged $388, they claimed it was a hold authorization.

7. If you're going to auto-grat the bill should either be totaled and you just sign it or the bottom should should sub-total, grat, additional grat (that you can fill in or not) and total.

8. All in all, the hotel is great, the service we received directly from the hotel was definitely great, but the lack of trustworthy parking in the area and all the dramal with the valet and my bill really killed the experience.

10. The service at this hotel is just wonderful (checkin, room service, and at checkout the staff noted there were 3 internet charges on my bill before I did, and removed one immediately).
