1. I needed change for parking and they were very happy to help.

2. While certainly a pricey hotel since it's in downtown Boston, the location was very convenient to many things, including Fenway ParkWe did not use the expensive nightly parking option, as we returned our Avis rental to a close-by location (3 blocks) just after checking in.
