6. (Remember to tip a few bucks for this--these guys surely earn it!) I also appreciated I sent a 2-page fax at no charge, and also one morning I grabbed a free coffee from the lobby and asked for soymilk (I'm allergic to dairy) and one of the guys from the kitchen ran to the store to get it for me.

8. The hotel is older and I got the sense that the location(downtown) means they could charge a little more and not worry about too many upgrades/improvements.
