8. Mount Vernon hotel is not center of the baltimore you have to walk but there are free shuttles from center to hotels door.

Also if you opt to park beneath the building ($15 per day), plan to arrive back to the garage by at least 8:00,so that you can have your choice of spaces, Lastly we walked one block over to catch the Charm City Circulator (free), which transported us to Penn Station so that we could catch the train to DC and then we used the Circulator the following day to go to the Inner Harbor.
