Free hot breakfast (eggs, bacon, and sometimes french toast, biscuit and gravy, pancakes), free WIFI, free service for accepting parcels (fancier hotels charge like $10 a box, and this important for those who need this service) and a free shuttle bus nearby that takes you to the Baltimore Convention Centre.

4. There was pretty decent free WiFi in the rooms (sometimes it would be down for a bit, but mostly it was working and with a very good speed).

9. So, Night #1 in the first room: low ceiling, no window, no closet (not even a coat hook for our dress clothes) no working WiFi, broken coffee pot and a telephone that kept inexplicably buzzing (as if the phone was off the hook) until we pulled its plug.
