2. (2) uneven service: while reception staff was pleasant during check-in, staff at check-out could not even be bothered to look up at us when we checked out - kinda reminded me of the ambivalent service you get at the DMV.

4. In door parking was available for $15 dollars a day and a free Baltimore bus service stop was only 2 short blocks away.

Free hot breakfast (eggs, bacon, and sometimes french toast, biscuit and gravy, pancakes), free WIFI, free service for accepting parcels (fancier hotels charge like $10 a box, and this important for those who need this service) and a free shuttle bus nearby that takes you to the Baltimore Convention Centre.
