1. It is on the other side of the Convention Center and the people I talked to on the shuttle to the airport had very good things to say about it.

7. Tiles falling off of shower walls; TV service in the room that is worse than the basic cable service in a small town (no ESPN or other real cable channels); Charges for EVERYTHING like $3 to print boarding passes for air travel and the concierge would not assist with shuttle service.
