1. The other complaint is the windows - ours did not seal properly and so the noise from the strip was quite bad (although it bothered me a lot more than my husband so could just be being particularly picky) and reception did send someone up to try to make it a little better when requested.

3. However I can really only find one thing to moan about - & that's not being able to sleep due to the street noise from The Strip, which is possibly worse due to the fact that the building is only 5 storeys high.

7. I've never stayed at the Flamingo, but looking at it from the outside it seems like the Flamingo might have some rooms with the same good view of the fountains, but without as much street noise.

8. If you are planning to party all night and stumble back to the room at dawn to pass out, then the street noise really won't bother you, and you'll love the great location and cheap price.

10. I had requested a quiet room away from Bill's and the Flamingo's air conditioning units the first 3 nights were fine but on our return they gave me a room with a constantly running toilet and non-stop air conditioning noise.
