9. positives: * great location for walking the strip* very easy check-in and check-out* very friendly staff* very good drink service in the casino, probably the best we encountered in all of Vegas* updated rooms with plasma TV* pretty good breakfast at the restaurant down stairs* use of the Flamingo pool and facilities next door* nice view of the fountains and strip as requested (3rd floor)* very good band at the casino bar every night we were therenegatives:* VERY noisy all night from the street.
