He was not a happy man- so after trying to contact the customer service

we found he wouldnt be in for two days.

Andre' who left a message apologize for all the problems and he put $50 on our room for food and bev.

I reiterated that they did *not* provide a rollaway, that the

had admitted that the reservation was screwed up, and the so-called 'upgrade' was insufficient compensation for having to sleep on the floor.
