1. We spent 5 nights there in Oct of 2010 and raved about it but either has new owners or managers and it has gone down hill since our last stay.

10. I reiterated that they did *not* provide a rollaway, that the manager had admitted that the reservation was screwed up, and the so-called 'upgrade' was insufficient compensation for having to sleep on the floor.
