4. ( Every other place on the strip charges $6 and up for everything) The Victorian Room Restaraunt is open 24 hours and has a good reasonably priced menu including unbelievable Prime Rib Dinner specials as well as mountains of Chinese, and a great Steak and Eggs breakfast special.
