1. The next night I simply asked how much an upgrade would be, and with no trouble at all we received a complimentary upgrade to a suite (we gave a $20 tip as a thanks).

7. we were upgraded to a suite by a friend that is affiliated with HET properties- this was to be a surprise for and an early in) we tried to check in at noon- the women at the front desk said no rooms come back after 2- ok.
