1. In all there were 7 of us and we booked 3 rooms and all of us had the same complaints noise wise.

3. There is karaoke at the Aztec restaurant until 1am each night but we never had any noise issues from that (stayed on 2nd floor).

7. twice i complained of the noise level but it didnt seem to matter it seemed generally other guests really dont give a damn i would advise that maybe your staff should stay the night on the ground level and have a family above them and then maybe they would understand.
