1. Housekeeping kept everything very clean every day, even when we had a 'do not disturb' sign up until later in the day, they still came by later and cleaned.

6. The hotel is a renovated bachelor apartment building and exudes a nostalgic old Hollywood/Tower of Terror ambiance but in need of an upgrade, massive cleaning, and consistent housekeeping, otherwise it could be charming.

8. We had no problems with the housekeeping; Towels were provided, bed was made, dishes washed, and when I called to say I thought I may have left the coffee maker on, the desk clerk thanked me for calling and said she would go check right away.
