We were also 30 minutes from the Seal Beach Pier, and very convenient to local shopping and
restaurant

I did find that the morning staff at the

was much more friendlier and helpful than the evening staff.

Our budget was the whole reason we chose Pepper Tree and when we were done at disney land finding the hotel was really simple, we got in really late that night and were starving but didnt want to drive any more and they own a great mexican
restaurant
in the same parking lot and even let the kids eat free!the beds were amazing and the staff was really sweet and helpful.

If you do choose to eat out you must go to Aztecas, the adjacent Mexican
Restaurant
that caters for all tastes, although it is predominantly a Mexican/ US cuisine, you can go for just a drink & it does have a generous Happy Hour.

Having a car is recommended though as it's a little away from grocery stores and the like, but the
restaurant
in the parking lot is decent with very cheap prices.
"Would love to go there again ANYTIME! "
