1. In order to earn an excellent, it should have free WiFi in the room and anywhere in the hotel.

3. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and gracious, especially the nice person who gave us free in-room wifi access (which would normally cost a ridiculous $15 per day).

5. The $15 per day charge for internet in a business setting, this in the world of free wifi in most hotels is a bit strange and annoying, but maybe they will get over this.

7. The business's center was open 24 hours, and although the description we had read of the hotel spoke to free wifi in the business center, there was none.

10. My only complaint is that they charge for internet access, we needed to check in for flight so went to Starbucks who have free wifi for the cost of a coffee.
