1. It's within walking distance to shopping, Chinatown, Union Square Park, etc. As other reviews stated, the parking fee is on the high end at $48/night.

9. I tried to sign up for the high speed internet ($49/week) on my Ipad and got on just long enough to pay the fee and then it crashed and never worked again, despite 4 calls to the 'customer support' number.
