1. IMHO, any hotel that bills itself as a business hotel (and has conference facilities that are used during a major convention) should provide free internet access to its guests.

4. Do not expect bellmen to help you with your bags, they seem to be few and far between, or even for the front desk to get your room billing correct - we had a snafu with them refusing to put room and tax for the three rooms i reserved on my bill, even though i'd specifically requested they not show the bill to my guests 3x - but what can you do.

6. Luckily, I hadn't drunk the water, and I noticed the charge on the final bill, so I had the charge removed (immediately and without any argument, to their credit).

9. There were a bunch of taxes and fees added on to the final bill, so be aware of that.

10. In the morning the area is used for breakfast: this as well as having to pay for wifi are my only complaints: the breakfast I had ordered was of very poor quality (extremely greasy and cold) but great customer recovery as it was taken off my bill.
