3. I happened to leave some clothes hanging in the closet when we left and didn't notice till the next day on our trip, I was happy to find out that housekeeping had secured the items, labeled them and was very helpful in sending them home to me with helpful and friendly assistance.

4. The stay was wonderful, someone from housekeeping came into the room and closed all the drapes and left us some chocolates, which were made local in San Francisco, on our pillow.
