1. The lounge area with the fireplace is lovely all day and the evening wine is reception is a nice touch (as is the morning coffee).

4. I spent a night in this hotel and was very happy with it, the service is very professional, the rooms are nice and clean, wifi is for free if you become a member of the club, fireplace in the lobby is cozy, the room had a very modern feel to it with a great view of the Bay Bridge.

10. The atmosphere was very romantic sitting in the dark lobby in front of the fireplace, and as we made our way up the staircase to our room, we found that staff had lit the entire 8 floors with glow sticks which was very clever and pretty.
