4. All in all, we would definitely stay here again, we had a wonderful time and it is near some of the best restaurants in the city and is a mile from AT&T park, but wouldn't rely on timely room service or getting the most from electronic devices.

7. The 'smallness' though had its drawbacks - there is no toilet in the lobby, no breakfast served downstairs (though they do serve it for room service) and some of the rooms are very small.

10. The staff were helpful without being intrusive, answered questions and gave advice with good cheer, and the room service (from the adjoining Japanese restaurant) was lovely--my bento dinner was so lovely, in fact, that I photographed it for posterity.
