Loved: big bottles of toiletries, better for environment and easier to use-nook with couch in room was awesome, a kid would love sleeping there and its a great work space-awesome full blast shower-soft beds-nice front desk-great location, walk to storesDidnt love: pricey restaurant, is $100 a head without booze and although food is great it is too much for people without expense accounts.

4. Right across the street there is a Trader Joe's and a bakery cafe with great food and illy coffee, and absolutely everything you'd need (be it a metro station, a UPS store or Nordstroms) is a short walk away.

6. So, I went across the street to Trader Joes and did it myself - bought food (all cold, of course), cups, utensils, etc. I had rented an 'apartment,' and it was nice and stylish and there was table space for food and drink and it was a great space for a get together - just wish the hotel could have helped me with my plans.
