1. All the hotel staff we came into contact with were so nice, they were very pleasant, very helpful and always had a smile.

2. They honored our reservation with its Celebrate Chicago package -- free Navy Pier rides, Garrett's popcorn tin, $10 bus card, etc. Super nice staff, from the doorman who greets you and takes your luggage from the taxi to the check-in staff and bellmen.
