2. Many people suggested Walgreens for snacks and drinks, but if you are like us travelling withchildren you might like to check out Dominick's (very close on 255 east grand avenue) for an impressive selection and lower prices.

6. We were totally disappointed, hope it will improve, but vow to never stay there and will recommend to anyone to check out one of Chicago`s truly amazing hotels.

7. At check out I noticed several things - we were charged twice for valet parking ($52 each and we had no car) and also 18% fee was added to the drinks we had at the rooftop bar (did not know that or we would not have tipped the bartender).

8. Next morning I discovered one of the blinds in our room was broken and we notified the front desk - it was not fixed but we were given a small credit upon check out.

10. ' the girl finished my sentence for me with ' no late check outs we can hold your bag' Well that is awesome but I was wondering about getting a taxi to the airport.
