1. The lady on reception was very helpful and between herself and the manager the matter was rectified and they kept us informed as to what was happening throughout - they even sent some complimentary cakes to our room which we thought was a nice touch.

4. We stayed 3 nights, and to our disappointment they did not provide complimentary lobby coffee on the weekends (they do provide weekdays).

6. Just as a contrast, a hotel we booked during the summer (Affinia was booked solid that weekend) that you can see from the Affinia had a complimentary MAC computer in the room with free WiFi.
