3. The excuse that the hotel is only matching other hotels practices in charging for Wi-Fi is not an excuse, for modern travellers, this is the last legal theft, and should be part of the room cost, just like power and water.

7. Perhaps there are rooms where the noise is not so obvious, but I made the mistake of booking an upgraded room (at an upgraded cost) with extra large king beds so my teenage sons could be comfortable.
